  • What discounts are available?
    I allow a 15% discount for the following (discounts can not be stacked): - Lessons before 3:30pm - Online Lessons - For a second (or third) sibling when lessons are ran consecutively
  • How does monthly billing work?
    Besides the beginner course, I charge on a monthly basis. The auto billing will occur on the first day of the month. The monthly billing will be based on 4 lessons in the month. In months where there are 5 lessons, you will be charged on a pro-rata basis. If a student begins mid-month, the lessons will be charged on a pro-rata basis. I will require your bank account or credit card details to setup the monthly billing.
  • What is your missed lesson policy?
    If I receive 24 hours notice of cancellation, I will provide a makeup lesson token that can be used within 3 months. A total of 4 makeup tokens can be issued in a year.
  • What is your lesson cancellation policy?
    I work on a 2 week cancellation notice period. I require written notice of a student's desire to cancel and the student will be charged for the remainder 2 weeks.
  • What equipment is required?
    The student is required to have the following equipment: - Decent (not toy) guitar or electric guitar. I can advise on a suitable student model. - For electric guitar students, an amp is much preferred. - A guitar tuner/metronome. There are free versions available via andorid/iphone and I can advise on this.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
